  • 80 grams flour
  • 50 grams unsalted butter (softened, cut in pieces)
  • 50 grams hazelnuts (crushed, or flour)
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
    2. In baking bowls, pour and divide the blueberries, mixed with lemon zest, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
    3. In a bowl, using your fingers, mix the flour with the butter, and combine the ingredients to a thick crumble.
    4. Add the hazelnut flour and sugar, and mix well.
    5. Spread over blueberries, and bake for 30 minutes, or until the topping is well browned and crispy.
