Directions
- Preheat the oven to 160C.
- Grind the hazelnuts finely.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the chocolate melted with the butter, hazelnuts, flour, cocoa, and vanilla extract.
- Place the batter in a buttered and floured cake pan and bake for approximately 35 minutes.
- Remove the cake from the oven and sprinkle with coarsely chopped, toasted hazelnuts and powdered sugar.
