Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • chili flakes
  • cumin
  • 1 cup papaya (diced)
  • 1 mango (medium, diced)
  • 1/4 cup red onion (minced)
  • 1/2 green bell pepper (minced)
  • 2 tablespoons coriander (finely chopped)

Directions

  1. 1Mix the stevia, vinegar, chili flakes (to taste) and a pinch of cumin.
  2. 2Add the papaya, mango, onion, bell pepper, and coriander. Mix carefully to avoid crushing the fruit.
