  • 1 white sugar (rounded TB)
  • 2 tablespoons seasoning (Furikake rice, I use Seto Fumi)
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (depending on your heat preference)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (freshly grated)
  • 1 wedge fresh lime (no bottles!)
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup scallion (chopped)
  • 1/2 avocado (a semi-firm, cubed)
  • chopped cilantro (Freshly, for garnish)

    Delicious! Added sesame oil and whole avocado, red onion, and served over rice and romaine to make a dinner out of it. Instead of furikake I used sesame seeds, nigella seeds, and nanami togarashi (Japanese pepper 7 spices). So fast and easy, and Husband asking when we were eating it again, great!
