  • 1 red bell pepper (seeded, chopped)
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili garlic sauce
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple (cut into 1/2 - inch pieces)
  • 3 cups cooked rice

    Directions

    1. COOK and stir sausage and bell peppers over medium-high heat for 5 minutes or until sausage is lightly browned and peppers are tender.
    2. ADD chili garlic sauce and pineapple; cook and stir for 5 minutes.
    3. SERVE over cooked rice.

    So yummy but I substituted the sauce with what I had and used chicken instead. 😋 Thank you for your recommendations. Helps me think outside my box of cooking here.

    I made it with Hawaiian sausage from costco and chicken over rice. Perfect quick easy meal

    This was awful... I cut the sweet chili sauce down to two tablespoons and the spice level was still too over powering for the dish. Wouldn’t make again.

    My whole family liked this! Thats rare! it wasnt too spicy. Half of our family doesnt like spice and everyone was pleased. It gave some tingly heat but it didnt go beyond that and it was excellent having the pineapple in it. Really yummy!

    Super simple and quick to make. If you can't find garlic sweet chili sauce, nbd-- we just added our own minced garlic to the mix.
