    I made this years ago for my dads bday and am going to make again this year. The only thing I did different was using heavy whipping cream as the last layer.

    This is the second time I have made this cake, and it is very delicious and easy to make. For some reason I can not find the coconut pudding so I do have to use vanilla pudding, but it still tastes great!

    Very good it is not always possible to get some ingredients in Holland but most of the time it works out well
