it tasted great and met all expectations! my only issue was that cooking times were off, as it took way longer than 3-4 minutes to reduce my tomatoes to an acceptable level, and cook my eggs.... but thats a minor problem to have!
I loved it! Very spicy with the diced tomatoes I used but the spice was welcome 😊
