  • 10 slices whole wheat bread

Directions

  1. 1Mix the beef, onion, jalapeno, oatmeal, lemon and pepper seasoning, Worcestershire sauce and egg together in a bowl. Form into patties and place in a skillet spritzed with cooking spray.
  2. 2Spread half the slices of bread with mayonnaise and top with lettuce. Place a burger on top of the lettuce and then layer with the slice of cheese and tomato. Top with the other slices of bread.
