Pita pockets are great, especially when you stuff them with a juicy hamburger. I love this simple sandwich and it takes no time at all to make it. I omitted the Worcestershire sauce and the Chile pepper to tone down the heat a bit. My kids don’t like spicy and without those components they seemed to enjoy these burgers well. Get creative with your cheese choices on top of the burger. Don’t be afraid to add a Southwest Chipotle sauce or a Ranch dressing on top to heighten and finish off a great meal.
