  • 400 grams ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onions (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic, fine chop
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt
  • ground black pepper
  • 4 cubes manchego cheese
  • 2/3 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)


  1. 1Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  2. 2In a bowl, mix the beef, onion, garlic, parsley, paprika, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. 3Divide into 4 portions. Shape the hamburger patties and in the center add 1 cube of Manchego cheese per portion. Cover with meat from the same patty.
  4. 4Heat a skillet and cook the patties until golden brown on both sides and cooked on the inside.
  5. 5Place in a baking dish, pour the tomato sauce, and sprinkle the Mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. 6Bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese melts.
  7. 7Remove from the oven and serve warm.
