Great for a nice Sunday morning breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pie crust
  • 4 egg (slightly beaten)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cups cooked ham (cubed)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions

  1. Line a 9 inch pie pan with crust.
  2. Beat eggs slightly and add pepper, baking powder, milk, ham, and cheese.
  3. Pour mixture into unbaked pie shell.
  4. Bake in very hot oven (475) for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
  5. Serve with grilled tomatoes or green salad.
