  • 1/4 cup barbecue sauce (or ketchup)
  • 4 hardboiled eggs (large, peeled, sliced)
  • 4 slices ham
  • 1 cup alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • fruit juice (to serve)

Directions

  1. Spread each roll with barbecue sauce or ketchup.
  2. Fill each with a sliced egg, sliced ham, 1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts and a squeeze of mayonnaise.
  3. Serve with fruit or fruit juice, if you like.
