  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 12 slices ciabatta
  • 5 1/4 ounces goat cheese (sliced)
  • 7 ounces parma ham (thinly sliced)
  • 2 ounces dried cherries
  • 3/4 cup arugula

Directions

  1. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large frying pan add sauté 1/2 the garlic. Add 6 slices ciabatta, turning, until golden brown on both sides. Remove from pan and repeat with remaining oil, garlic and ciabatta. Arrange on a large serving board and season with black pepper. Top with cheese, ham, cherries and arugula.
