2 bread (telera Mexican flat, or ciabatta bread)
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 slices turkey breast
2 slices mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons mustard
pickles (optional)
jalapeno chilies (optional)

4On the bottom half, spread a tablespoon of mayonnaise, then add the turkey breast, cheese, chorizo, and onion. On the top half, spread mustard. Close the sandwich and place over heat in a skillet until the cheese melts. Add the pickles, and chilies if desired. Serve.
