It takes 25 minutes to make this flavorful and hearty dish with only 210 calories per serving. The recipe calls for 2 crepes, 2 slices of ham or turkey, if you prefer, 2 eggs, and parsley.

Ingredients

  • 2 crepes
  • 2 slices ham (or turkey)
  • 2 eggs
  • parsley

Directions

  1. Place the crepe into a bowl or casserole.

Though these crepes sound fancy, they are simple to make. The trick is to make sure your skillet is greased well, and don't let your batter get too thick. Make sure that one side of the crepe is cooked completely before you try to turn it. If you rush, then these won't turn out well. These crepes taste perfect for lunch or breakfast. Sometimes, I put fresh spinach leaves in the filling.
