    Delicious! Even my picky eater loved this quiche! I added a small minced onion, a little oregano and garlic powder for taste. We will definitely make this again.

    I forgot to blind bake, but it was still tasty. Texture of pastry would have been better if I had blind baked it.

    Super simple and a great way to get my 5 year old son involved in cooking he cracked the eggs (I fished out the eggshells), he measured out the cheese and mixed it all up. Tased delicious too!!!

    I have always made my quiche with bacon but on this Christmas morning at our condo in Florida and knowing the family would wake up hungry, I looked in the ice box and not bacon strip was stirring. I shifted around the refrigerator contents and found ham, cheese and eggs. Thought I’d consult the YUM app for some ideas. And what to my wondering eyes appeared but a ham and cheese quiche recipe. I assembled the ingredients and baked what would turn out to be a Christmas feast for the fam. The aroma filled the condo waking the family and me proclaiming Merry Christmas to all and to all a ham and cheese quiche.

    Modified a bit... 5 pieces of thick cut bacon. 1/3 half and half 2/3 2% milk & sautéed a quarter of a medium onion... just because that’s what I had.. it was yummy

    Yummy it looked great and pleased my family. It was a fantastic breakfast but it was a little big to finish.
