I decided to try this soufflé recipe for one, because I had never made a soufflé before, and two, I had to watch the last episode of season one of All in the Family for a course and the soufflé was featured in the episode. So, I just had to try it!
This was a great firat attempt recipe. It was easy to follow, my only objection is the cooking temp and time. I tried the 200 degree for 30 minutes and the soufflé hadn’t even started to bake. So, I cranked up the temp to 350 and baking them and additional 10 minutes and that still wasn’t quite enough time as the middle was still a bit mushy. Otherwise, excellent flavor that our entire picky family enjoyed!
