Description

This easy one-dish meal makes a great, filling dinner or standout side dish!

Ingredients

  • 1 soup mix (pouch Shore Lunch® Cheddar Potato)
  • 2 cups cubed ham
  • 2 cups instant white rice (uncooked)
  • 1 cup shredded swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup plain breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Coat a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Prepare soup as directed on pouch.
  4. Remove from heat. Stir in ham, rice and cheese.
  5. Carefully pour into prepared dish. Top with breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake until done, about 30 minutes.
