  • 8 slices sourdough bread
  • 12 ounces sliced ham
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 4 teaspoons peach preserves
  • 3 eggs (beaten)
  • 1/4 cup half & half
  • 4 teaspoons butter

    Directions

    1. Place the Smart Oven+ Baking Stone Attachment in oven. Select STONE BAKE mode and preheat to 400°F.
    2. Spread 1 teaspoon peach preserves on 4 slices of bread. Divide ham between slices of bread and top with 2 slices of swiss cheese.
    3. Beat eggs and half & half in shallow dish. Quickly dip each sandwich in egg mixture. Turn to coat both sides.
    4. Place 1 teaspoon butter in 4 corners of Baking Stone where sandwich will be grilled. When butter melts, place 1 sandwich on Baking Stone over melted butter. Grill 4-5 minutes per side.
    5. Serve immediately.
