  • 4 flour tortillas (10-in., burrito size)
  • 4 ounces cooked ham (chopped, about 1 cup)
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (with jalapeno peppers or monterey jack cheese (about 4 oz ))

    Directions

    1. Evenly spread Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Dijonnaise ™ Creamy Dijon Mustard over tortillas. Sprinkle ham and cheese on two tortillas, then top with remaining tortillas.
    2. In 12-inch skillet, brown quesadillas over medium heat, one at a time, turning once. To serve, cut quesadillas into 6 wedges. Serve, if desired, with Salsa Dijonnaise.
