  • 14.9 ounces mixed vegetables (drained)
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon grated lime peel

    Directions

    1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham over medium-high heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until heated through. Cut ham into 1/2-inch chunks.
    2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce. Serve over lettuce.
