- 1/3 cup Best Foods Mayonnaise (or Hellmann's®, with Lime Juice)
- 14.9 oz. mixed vegetables (drained)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 jalapeno pepper (seeded and finely chopped)
- 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp. grated lime peel
- lettuce leaves (optional)

Directions
- In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham over medium-high heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until heated through. Cut ham into 1/2-inch chunks.
- In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce. Serve over lettuce.
