Ingredients

  • 1 pound cut up ham
  • 1/3 cup Best Food's Mayonnaise with Lime Juice
  • 14 7/8 ounces vegetables (mixed, drained)
  • 1/4 cup onions
  • 1 jalapeno chilies (seeded and finely chopped)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon grate lime peel
  • 1 lettuce

Directions

  1. 1. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook ham over medium-high heat, turning once, 4 minutes or until heated through. Cut ham into 1/2-inch chunks. 2. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except lettuce. Serve over lettuce.
