I was slightly apprehensive about using ham for this but it was great, delicious.

I've never made homemade Jambalya but this came out pretty good, even after I substitued stewed tomatoes for diced ones. I added a bit more seasoning too but the orginal recipe was still delicious. Perfect way to use leftover ham!👍

Easy, quick and very tasty! I had all of these items in my pantry. I did substitute Rotel for the stewed tomatoes and it definitely was a great substitution.

I followed to a T and it was very good! Simple, quick, and with items we already have in our kitchen. Will definitely make again.

Pretty good. I substituted the pepper with carrots and used diced tomatoes instead of stewed(I was out of stewed) and it turned out good. I dialed down the pepper as I'm not into "heat" in my food. Nice change for leftover ham.
