- 6 cooked ham (slcs, lowfat, thick slices)
- 3 cups ham (leftover)
- 6 potatoes (mediums, thinly sliced)
- 12 new potatoes (halved)
- 2 onion (lrgs, thinly sliced)
- 6 lowfat mozzarella cheese (slcs, 6 to 12)
- cheese (or any mild)
- 1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- Layer in crock pot beginning with ham on the bottom.
- Spread a layer of soup between groups of ham, potato, onion and cheese.
- Cook on high just until pot is heated then on low for six to eight hours.
