Ingredients

4 merluza (medallions of)
1 apples
4 slices ham
milk
salt
pepper
2 tablespoons sunflower oil

Directions

1Place the hake medallions in a bowl and cover them with milk.
2Season them with salt and pepper and let them marinate for 45 minutes.
3Wash the apple and, without peeling or coring, cut horizontal slices of 2 mm (to get round slices).
4Place each medallion in the middle of two apple slices and wrap with the ham slice.
5Close with the aid of some kitchen wire.
6Pour the oil in a pan and bring the medallions to fry for about 10 minutes.
7Turn it over by half frying time to fry the other side.
8Remove and sprinkle slightly toasted sesame seeds.
