Hake Medallions with Parmalat Herbs Cream

Description
These delicious hake medallions are rich, creamy, and perfectly seasoned. Made with hake, mozzarella, herb-seasoned cream cheese, and a hint of lemon this is a great main dish for dinner. Serve alongside rice, pasta, or potatoes.
Ingredients
- 100 grams fresh mushrooms
- 8 merluza
- 3 tablespoons sliced black olives
- 100 grams mozzarella cheese
- 1 package cream (Parmalat aromatic herbal)
- 1/2 lemon
- salt
- olive oil (to taste)
Directions
- 1After defrosting them, season the hake medallions with lemon juice and a little salt.
- 2Let them drain in a sieve for about half an hour.
- 3Distribute the medallions in a proper baking container, sprinkle with a little olive oil and put in the already hot oven for 20 minutes.
- 4Remove from the oven and cover the medallions with fresh sliced mushrooms (if there is too much liquid in the tray, remove a bit).
- 5Bake for another 10 minutes.
- 6When the mushrooms begin to brown, remove from oven again and cover with fresh cream.
- 7Spread the olives and cheese over it and bake.
- 8When grated, is ready!
- 9Serve with potato puree.
