Ingredients

2 pieces haddock
butter
flour
salt
pepper
1 red pepper
1 shallots
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon cream (fresh)
1 piece turmeric
salt
pepper

Directions

1Wash the red pepper and remove any seeds.
2Peel the pepper using a peeler, put into boiling water during 5 minutes.
3The drain and mash the red pepper.
4Peel the shallot and chop into small cubes and do the same for the turmeric.
5Heat a pan and pour the olive oil.
6Add the shallots and turmeric and cook over low heat during a few minutes.
7Add pureed peppers and fresh cream. Salt and pepper.
8Dredge fish pieces lightly in flour, then salt and pepper.
9Heat the griddle then place a piece of butter.
10Reduce heat and cook the fish pieces.
11Serve the haddock topped with red pepper sauce.
