- 4 habanero chiles
- 1 vodka (bot, liter)
- I make habanero vodka on occasion.
- A shot from a bottle fresh out of the freezer provides a wonderful combination of fire and ice.
- I make the habanero vodka by quartering 4 habs and stuffing then into a liter of vodka.
- I let it steep in a dark place for about six months.
- The vodka will pick up a lovely habanero orange color.
