  • 5 dates
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced almonds
  • 1 Tbsp. walnuts
  • 1 tsp. black cherries (dried)
  • 1/2 tsp. hazelnut butter
  • 1 tsp. natural peanut butter

    Directions

    1. 1. First, add all the ingredients to the food processor & blend well.
    2. 2. After the ingredients are all combined, transfer the mix to a medium size mold or a couple of smaller ones, according to your preference. and press it down! press as hard as you can.
    3. 3. Transfer the mold/s to the freezer for half hour or so until it'll firm up, then take it out and divide the mixture to bite-size healthy snacks. Now, eat it all, or transfer it to the fridge (I find it best to store them at low temperature)
    4. 4. And that's it, You got a tasty, rich and super healthy energy bar. Enjoy.
