- 6 chile peppers (Guajillo, washed and seeded)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 garlic clove (peeled)
- 3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ground cumin

Directions
- Roast the chile peppers on a frying pan until lightly toasted.
- Place the peppers in cold water and let them sit for 30 minutes, Drain and set aside.
- Add the peppers to a food processor with the garlic, vinegar, salt, and cumin. Puree until smooth.
- Place the sauce in a container and use it to marinade chicken, beef, or pork.
