Description

At under 300 calories, guacamole is a great snack full of healthy fats and fiber. This recipe is quick to mix up, with only 7 ingredients and taking about 20 minutes. Try it with sliced vegetables instead of tortilla chips for a healthier snack, crisp and cool radishes are a great choice! This guacamole also makes a great topping for tacos, nachos, or a quesadilla.

Ingredients

  • 3 avocado (ripe)
  • 3 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 green onions (with stem)
  • 1 red pepper (tespoon diced)
  • 1/2 pepper (diced, to taste)
  • 5 sprigs fresh coriander
  • salt

Directions

  1. 1Cut the onion into small cubes and its stem into thin slices.
  2. 2Finely chop the coriander.
  3. 3Place the avocado In a small bowl and mash with a fork. Pour in the lemon juice and mix well. Finally, add the remaining ingredients, and mix well.
  4. 4Serve with tacos or for a change, on toasted baguette slices.
