    simple and tasty recipe!
    I didn’t have an ancho pepper handy, but I subbed it with a tsp of chili powder and it was delicious! Great and simple recipe.

    Delicious! I didn’t have cilantro or cumin so I replaced them with paprika and parsley. Also added more tomatoes (Roma tomatoes are similar to cherry tomatoes)

    It turned out good. In a pinch, if you do not have ancho chilis or fresh jalapeño, you can use 1/4 of 1 pickled jalapeño, seeded, rinsed and soaked in water (of course drained).

    Super wash recipe but i always add a twists so i finely chopped cilantro and scallions which made the difference!

    My daughter said she hated avocado. Once she tasted this she couldn’t stop eating it. It’s delicious. I don’t like anything spicy so I didn’t use the pepper.

    tasted pretty good. i added a little chili powder, 1 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar and a 1 tsp sugar to offset the acidity of onions.
