Great just have to throw in the potatoes before the meat gets too dry because it takes awhile for the potatoes to get soft

Delicious and easy! Took longer than 30 mins tho

Was ok, made a lot of additions at the end because we found it lacked flavour. Skillets are nice for that reason. Don’t think I’d follow this particular recipe again though.

Nutritious and filling. I ended up using two sweet potatoes, two carrots, and green onion instead of parsley. It would taste good if you added kale.

This was delicious! I added Trader Joe’s onion salt along with paprika, cayenne pepper, kale, and mushrooms.

Made recipe as written and it was somewhat bland. But will try again with additional seasonings as suggested by other reviewers. What makes me want to try again is that the leftovers were good the next morning for breakfast served with a poached egg on top.

We LOVE this recipe at our house! I added all of the spices listed below (in reviews) and some seasoned salt. This is going to a "go to meal" this Fall!

My family loves this recipe. I added cumin, garlic salt, paprika and chili powder to make it more appealing. It’s kinda bland as written, but dynamite with the additional spices

Surpringly delicious! I did add seasoning as suggested (cumin, chili powder, paprika, etc). I also added 1 cup of onion instead of a 1/2 cup.

Love it but I use ground chicken
This recipe wasn't bad. I thought the salt, pepper, and chili pepper weren't quite enough to give it the flavor I wanted. I added cumin, chili powder, and garlic salt. I'd make it again with the additional seasonings.

Easy and quick. I’ve made so many times I’ve modified slightly each time dependent on ingredients I have

Bland. Bland. Bland. I’m an experienced cook and this dish was awful. I followed recipe exactly. I don’t understand why it’s highly rated.

    real good very tastey
I avoid night shades so I subbed green beans for the peppers to get the crunch and added mushrooms - just because. I had frozen sweet potato cubes that steam in the microwave to speed things up. My husband and I both gobbled it up in no time! Great recipe.

Very good! Used 1 massive sweet potato and had no pepper but added spinach..also a little cumin, additional garlic & a dash of red pepper flakes. Served with rice and avocado, big hit with picky 11 year old :)

Its OK. Needs some additional spices, like cumin and garam masala.
