Omg!! Amazing! First time making it and it came out amazing. I didn’t have garlic cloves so I used powder and I didn’t have crashed tomatoes I used diced/sliced it still was amazing!

Accidentally used diced tomatoes instead of crushed and had to use yellow rice instead of wild rice. Also used vegan cheese. But turned out so good!! Definitely making again.

Amazing! I didn’t have Italian seasonings so I used soul food seasoning, black pepper, roasted garlic powder, oregano, garlic salt, and a touch of sea salt instead of using fresh garlic I used minced garlic. You don’t have to use turkey You can substitute lean beef instead.

Really enjoyed it. Yellow peppers were a little too sweet for me but it was worth tasting.

Really good. Changed it around a bit. Used only 1:/2 can of tomatoes & about a quarter cup of spaghetti sauce and served the rice on the side. (I'm not doing carbs.)
