- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 bell pepper (orange or yellow)
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan
- 1 pinch chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup tomatoes
- 1/4 cup 2% milk
- 16 oz. pasta (your choice, spaghetti or angel hair work great for this!)

Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Prep the pasta according to the package while you start the rest of the meal.
- In a mixing bowl combine the ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, salt and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs using a 2 tbsp cookie scoop.
