    Recipe calls for way too much cabbage. My skillet was over flowing. It lacked a little flavor. Should add more spices to it. It was alright.

    Added some garlic and red pepper flakes. Great, quick dish that can easily be made vegetarian using frozen soy crumbles.

    Great! Although, different from what we normally use tomato sauce for, it was very tasty. I added marinara to the tomato sauce, onion powder to the turkey and ommited the peas since I didn't have any. Thanks for the great reciepe.

    Substituted cheddar cheese for mozzarella and still came out great! I think I will try with frozen corn next time.

    The recipe called for 2 lbs (?!) of cabbage. I ended up using about 8oz (using 10.5” cast iron skillet” & was already about over flowing.

    My family devoured this recipe. I made a few modifications, adding carrots, red pepper, garlic, cumin, ancho chili and a bit of ginger. I don't think I'll do the ginger next time, but it was still a huge hit. My family of four ate the entire recipe, no leftovers.

    Love this dish. Easy and so healthy! Added green and red peppers and carrots . Some tumeric, garlic, ginger and ground cumin as well for more flavor.

    My husband and I agree that we have a new fast, easy, healthy, economical meal to turn to year-round. I added our favorite seasonings (ground turmeric, cumin and pepper, dried oregano and salt), threw cherry tomatoes from our garden on the plate, and we both thoroughly enjoyed it and appreciated the abundant health benefits. However, it took closer to 45 minutes from start to finish and I'm an organized and experienced cook. This is a good, basic recipe (the basis of most ground meat casseroles), but providing the components needed for preparing a nutritious meal more quickly than a casserole, and on top of the stove. I look forward to using kale instead of peas; adding whatever is on hand to quickly and efficiently feed us something fortifying with this as the template.

    I changed it a bit. Used cut up chunks of chicken cutlet dredged in flour instead of ground turkey since I had the chicken available. Added a little cooked pasta towards the end and a few red grapes. . I really liked it.
