This really didn't work for some reason...all you can taste is the turkey, and not in a good way--in a reminiscent of school cafeteria cooking way. Did I miss a step? Are you supposed to brown the meat first? Because I think that would help. Not use aluminum foil with cabbage? It was made with fresh ingredients, so this was a real disappointment. I feel like something went wrong on a chemical level while it was baking. Now I'm trying to figure out how to use the leftovers because it's almost inedible. But I love the *idea* of the recipe, so I really don't get it!

Looking for a filling casserole to feed 6 adults all on diets and this was a big hit!! I doubled the recipe because I wanted leftovers, however 1 head of cabbage chopped was more than enough for the doubled recipe. I did add a little more water halfway through cooking so it wasn't too dry, next time I will cover in aluminum foil. This is a keeper for sure!
