    Good! I didn’t add the spinach cause I didn’t have any in hand and it felt a bit dry, next time I will. It was tasty, I will cook it again!

    Tuned out great. I used 2 big cloves of garlic which was nice. When I make it again I think I’ll add some crushed red pepper.

    This was a quick, easy meal. I added a little hoisin sauce, and some bell pepper. For the rice, I cooked jasmine rice. Overall, it was a delicious dinner.
