    Really good as long as you have plenty of seasoning + lots of cheese. I measured about a Tbsp each of minced onion and garlic powder, plus added about 2 tsp of dried chipotle pepper to the pork while cooking. I chose to skip the chopped tomatoes and instead put in a whole 4oz can of green chiles. The refried beans I used were the ‘salsa blend’ from Trader Joe’s so also brought subtle extra flavor; I spread them over the entirety of each tortilla and across the tops as well.

    wouldn't recommend just didnt have the flavor in the pork.
