I got brave and tried this one — and although I messed up a ton, it still turned out pretty good!

This turned out very good...and actually tasted better the next day. Originally the soy sauce felt a bit overpowering, but the next day it wasn't as noticeable. I'd like to try it again using less soy sauce and replacing that with either a chicken stock or a less salty Asian sauce.

Used low salt Tamari ( gluten free soy sauce) and no additional salt. Just right. Quick, easy, tasty. used frozen edemame, shredded carrots, no onions. My husband stirred ginger into his bowl because I don’t care for it.

Had no onions and used Braggs aminos instead of soy sauce.
Added some ginger and about a half cup more rice and still found it kinda salty.
Would use less salt and aminos next time.
But was a super fast and tasty meal.

Delicious and super easy. My family was starving and I was exhausted. I found this recipe and 20 minutes later dinner was served! Not only was everyone surprised by how quickly dinner was ready, but they couldn't stop going back for more. This one definitely becomes a family staple.
