This was very delicious! I didn't have cheese on hand, so I substituted shredded carrots for the cheese, and cooked it in the oven for a few extra minutes. Still turned out amazing!

This recipe is amazing. My picky husband loves it. Unfortunately I never have any leftovers for lunch the next day. LOL
