Soooo good!! Did have a few mods
- added a green and red pepper
- cooked onion, garlic, and ground beef together and then added the peppers. I drained the fat after then then added the butter and flour.
- cooked about 3 cups of pasta, will probably cook more next time.
- added more seasoning too. Onion powder, garlic powder, a lot more creole seasoning etc
- used a can of rotel, did not use Jalapeños or tomatoes

It was amazing. I followed the recipe exactly this time but next time I will add a little more jalapeños to kick up the spice

This was average. Not very flavorful - had to add a lot of spices and sauce. Won’t make again.

I thought this dish turned out great! Easy to make. I used Fussili pasta & low fat evaporated milk. Next time I might put a little Panko on the top. I would definitely make this again.

Too much smoked paprika for my taste. Would reduce to 1 tsp. Overall, enjoyed the creaminess, flavor, and simplicity.

Delicious! I omitted the flour and used heavy cream. I didn’t have Rotel, but I used a can of tomatoes with basil, garlic, and oregano. I also sautéed bell pepper! Delicious!

good but i had to leave out about a third of the pasta. it was way too much as written

Good but I had little taste even after all the ingredients. Just tasted noodles with ground beef and cheese and tomatoes etc.....But will definately try my own version of it next time. Garlic bread helps

Instead of diced tomatoes and jalapeño peppers, I just used a can of rotel and it was tasty.

Delicious!!! My daughter couldn’t stop “taste testing” it while I was cooking it. I followed most of the recipe. I added some cayenne because I didn’t have jalapeños. I also added mozzarella slices on top.

Very good! Changes I made - I used pickled jalapeños, bell peppers instead of tomatoes, added the whole can of evaporated milk, added cilantro, extra cheese, breadcrumbs on top with extra cheese. Turned out delicious, will make again.

Great! I added my own spices after tasting the flavoured beef and added more milk. I would say the pasta is a bit dry and needed more spice but other than that my family and I enjoyed it.

Turned out pretty well! I tailored the spices as it wasn’t seasoned enough for me, and used half and half because I had no evaporated milk. The kids loved it!

It was okay, didnt not taste as fresh or aromatic as hoped. Is heavy dish.
