  • 1 pound ground turkey (lean)
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 cup hellmann’s or best foods canola cholesterol free mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon green curry paste (thai)
  • 2 teaspoons chili sauce

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 4 patties.
  2. Grill or broil until done. Serve, if desired, on hamburger buns with tomatoes and lettuce.
