- 1 pound ground turkey (lean)
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1/4 cup hellmannâ€™s or best foods canola cholesterol free mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon green curry paste (thai)
- 2 teaspoons chili sauce
- In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 4 patties.
- Grill or broil until done. Serve, if desired, on hamburger buns with tomatoes and lettuce.
