- 1 1/4 pounds boneless sirloin steak
- 4 teaspoons steak seasoning (dried)
- 2 tablespoons i can't believe it's not butter! spread
- 1 yellow squash
- 1 onion (medium, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices)
- 1 package knorr rice sides - cheddar broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced (large)
- Blend Spread with steak seasoning in small bowl. Brush steak and vegetables with seasoning mixture. Grill or broil steak and vegetables, turning once, until steak is desired doneness and vegetables are tender. Let steak stand 10 minutes before slicing.
- Serve steak and vegetables over hot Knorr® Rice Sides - Cheddar Broccoli.
