- 20 oz. pimentos (roasted peeled, drained)
- 1 1/2 lb. sirloin steak
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. olive oil (divided)
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. whipping heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. tequila
- 1 pkg. knorr fiesta side smoke chipotl rice

Directions
- Process pimientos in blender or food processor until smooth; set aside.
- Brush steak with 1 tablespoon olive oil, then season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Grill or broil steak, turning once, until desired doneness.
- Meanwhile, heat remaining 1-1/2 tablespoons olive oil in small saucepan over medium heat and cook pepper 30 seconds. Stir in pimientos and cook 2 minutes. Stir in tequila and simmer 1 minute. Stir in cream and cook 1 minute. Season, if desired, with salt.
- To serve, evenly spoon Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Smoked Chipotle Rice and sauce on each plate, then top with sliced steak.
