  • 1 cup Wish-Bone Italian Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons skippy super chunk peanut butter
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 6 cups romaine lettuce (torn)

    Directions

    1. For marinade, whisk 3/4 cup Dressing with Skippy® Creamy Peanut Butter in small bowl until smooth.
    2. Pour 1/2 cup Dressing mixture over chicken in large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 30 minutes to 3 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade.
    3. Remove chicken from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chicken, turning once and brushing with refrigerated marinade, until chicken is thoroughly cooked. To serve, arrange sliced chicken over lettuce tossed with remaining 1/4 cup Dressing.
