This is super-easy, tasty, very healthy and very quick to make. I made the marinade the day before and it only took me about fifteen minutes to prepare the dish the following evening. I used low-sodium soy sauce in the marinade and replaced the arugula for the stuffing with fresh baby spinach. I grilled the fish until it was done all the way through (grilling time depends on the thickness of the fish stake). I served it with basmati rice. An absolutely incredible recipe!
