- 1 prepared pizza crust (10-inch)
- Crisco® Professional Grill Master™ No-Stick Grill Spray
- 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 cup broccoli slaw (or cole slaw mix)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
- HEAT grill to medium heat. Coat both sides of pizza crust with no-stick spray.
- GRILL crust 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove from grill.
- LAYER chicken, slaw and cheese on crust. Grill, covered, 5 to 7 minutes or until cheese is melted. Drizzle with sriracha sauce. Top with cilantro.
