We used pocket-less, homemade pitas (suitable for Greek gyros) and added a couple of extra tablespoons when we served the salad, as the dressing wasn't fat enough. It was an EXCELLENT recipe, with fantastic flavors! We used 1 more pita to mop up the juices at the bottom of the bowl. Magnificent!
