Ingredients

  • 4 pieces salmon
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 60 grams almonds
  • 10 grams bread (stale)
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 lemon
  • 7 olive oil (cl of)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • tarragon

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix spices and olive oil to obtain a marinade to put on your pieces of salmon.
  2. Mix almonds, garlic and stale bread.
  3. Add salt and lemon juice and keep mixing, pour in the olive oil net .
  4. Add tarragon and mix.
  5. Put in the refrigerator.
  6. Preheat the griddle few minutes and then lightly spray with olive oil.
  7. Place the salmon skin side and cook. The skin should be crispy and brown .
  8. Return the salmon to cook at lower temperature.
  9. Serve on a plate and place the almond sauce on top with tarragon.
